Customer Care
Brookland Fine Homes’ Customer Care Department ensures that each homeowner gets the personal attention and response that they deserve. Our daily-monitored Customer Care hotline is designed to promptly return all calls and schedule an appointment for a representative to visit your home as soon as possible to address any issues you may have.
On closing, each new homeowner receives a customized binder, containing all manuals and instruction sheets for equipment installed in their home, as well as emergency phone numbers to company personnel and the trades who installed them, in case there is an issue. Our “Pre-Delivery Inspection Walkthrough” will walk each new homeowner over every inch of their new home to ensure that they are not left alone in the homeownership process. We also provide a Maintenance Package service to help our homeowners with seasonal requirements that will help keep their new homes well maintained throughout the years.
Tarion Warranty
At Brookland, it is our responsibility to ensure that each homeowner has access to and receives their Homeowner Information Package prior to the Pre-Delivery Inspection date.
We highly recommend that each homeowner sets aside some time to make themselves familiar with the Ontario New Home Warranty Plan Act and the Tarion publication which provide a general overview of the warranty coverage.
